These terms apply to purchases made from The Soft Paw Story, a Canadian online store. This page is a starting template and should be reviewed by a legal advisor before launch.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout by province. We do not advertise inflated regular prices or time-pressure discounts. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.

Product information

We describe materials, sizing, and intended use as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens and natural materials. We do not make medical, dental, or health claims about any product.

Safe use

No pet toy is indestructible. Supervise your pet during play, select a size appropriate for your pet, inspect toys regularly, and remove any item that becomes damaged. Grooming tools should be used gently and never on irritated skin. Consult your veterinarian regarding your pet's specific needs.

Reviews

We publish reviews only from customers with a confirmed order. We do not write, purchase, or incentivise reviews.

Shipping and returns

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under provincial consumer protection legislation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
