Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days in Ontario and Quebec, and 4–9 business days elsewhere in Canada.

Shipping is a $12 CAD flat rate across Canada, and free on orders over $35 CAD. Remote postal codes may take longer to arrive.

Yes. Every price on the site is in CAD. GST, HST, or PST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province.

Are the toys safe for my pet?

Every product page lists materials, sizing, and a plain safety note. No toy is indestructible — please supervise play, choose a size suited to your pet, and replace any toy that becomes damaged.

How do I choose the right size?

Measurements are listed under Size & details on each product page. As a general rule, pick a toy larger than your pet's mouth, and size collars by neck measurement rather than weight.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used grooming items and opened catnip products cannot be returned.

Do you make health claims about your products?

No. Our toys are chosen for play and everyday enrichment. We do not make medical, dental, or health claims, and we recommend speaking with your veterinarian about your pet's specific needs.

How do I care for the products?

Accepted Answer

Rubber and silicone items rinse clean with warm water. Cotton rope and textiles are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. Leather should be wiped with a damp cloth and air dried.
